Colour Therapy has been used for centuries and is a fabulous way to work with your own energy and vibration. .
By understanding the vibration and property of various colours, you can indeed promote a healthier and happier version of you by assisting to heal energetic blocks and physical ailments.
Colour Therapy sessions will allow you to understand more deeply the effects of colour on our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, and how different colours shift those negative experiences. Warm, cool, hot and neutral colours affect us all differently and coloured scarves, colour cards and coloured light is used throughout your session to amplify feelings of positivity, balance and energy. It is very common to have a sudden surge of optimism or emotion when having a session.
As a Colour Therapist, I will obtain basic information from you to determine what would need to be worked on in terms of physical and emotional health. From there, I can apply the various methods to assist in the ‘lift’ in your energy which includes your aura (a balanced and unblocked aura attracts beautiful experiences!).
An example of how colour therapy can aid the physical side would be using red for inflammation and blue if you are experiencing night sweats, hot flushes and skin irritations. Green is used to help calm the nervous system and help with the physical symptoms of anxiety.
I also incorporate essential oils to your session, as the power of smell is integral to any healing journey! Essential oils can provide a synergistic and holistic session to ensure a tranquil experience.
