Sports massage therapy involves working with soft tissue to relieve pain and tightness, and increase mobility. Soft tissue includes muscles, skin, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Sports massage aims to correct any imbalances and loosen off restrictions within the soft tissue.   

Jade uses a person centred approach, bridging the gap between holistic and clinical therapies. Using breathwork, myo-fascial release, trigger points, MET’s or resistance techniques, supported stretches and blocks, we can ease movement back into the limbs.
